Terms & Conditions – Beauty by Raje

Article 1 – Definitions

Consumer A natural person not acting in the course of a trade or profession
Distance Contract A sales agreement concluded exclusively through the website

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the webshop of Beauty by Raje.

  2. Before placing an order, the terms are made available digitally and can be saved.

  3. In the event of discrepancies, the Dutch version of these terms shall prevail.

Article 3 – The Offer

  1. All products are clearly described, including ingredients, volume, shelf life, usage, and any associated risks.

  2. Offers are valid while stocks last or for a specified promotional period.

  3. Obvious errors or mistakes (e.g., pricing or description) are not binding.

Article 4 – The Agreement

  1. An agreement is formed when the Consumer receives an order confirmation via email.

  2. Beauty by Raje reserves the right to refuse an order in the case of payment issues or suspected misuse.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  2. Payment must be made via the secure payment methods offered on our webshop: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

  3. Orders are only processed once payment is successfully completed.

Article 6 – Delivery and Risk

  1. Orders are typically dispatched within 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Risk of damage or loss transfers to the Consumer upon confirmed delivery.

  3. In case of delays exceeding a reasonable time frame, the Consumer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  1. Consumers have the right to return their purchase within 14 calendar days without stating a reason.

  2. Return shipping costs are the Consumer’s responsibility unless the product was incorrect or defective.

  3. Beauty by Raje will issue a full refund (including standard shipping costs) within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.

  4. For hygienic reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

Article 8 – Warranty & Complaints

  1. Beauty by Raje guarantees the quality and performance of its products as reasonably expected.

  2. Complaints must be reported within 14 days of discovering the issue via support@beautybyraje.com.

  3. If a complaint is valid, the product will be replaced or refunded without charge.

Article 9 – Liability

  1. Beauty by Raje’s liability is limited to the purchase amount, unless damage was caused by intent or gross negligence.

  2. We are not liable for indirect damages, allergic reactions, or incorrect use of products not in accordance with instructions.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to images, logos, and product texts, is the intellectual property of Beauty by Raje or its licensors. Use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled with the utmost care in compliance with GDPR. Your information is used solely for order fulfillment and is never shared with third parties without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 12 – Complaints & Disputes

  1. Complaints are handled according to our internal procedure and responded to within 14 working days.

  2. If a complaint cannot be resolved, mediation through an independent dispute resolution body is possible.

  3. All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to a competent Dutch court unless mandatory laws of the Consumer’s country apply.

Article 13 – Amendments to Terms

Beauty by Raje reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The latest version is always published on our website. Substantial changes will be communicated prior to your next purchase.
